Seriously delicious. We defrost them and cook as directed, a little water for 30 minutes at 325. I go one step further and cut them up and put them in the air fryer for a few minutes and OMG delicious and that crust is to die for! Yes, to die for! One slab will feed 4, they are always very meaty. This is our third order, always consistent and arrive perfectly frozen. I order 4 to 6 slabs each time for entertaining, it’s always a winner.
