Description
In 2008, Texas Monthly declared Snow’s as the source for best barbecue in Texas. As far as we’re concerned, nothing has changed—especially when it comes to oak-smoked beef brisket. 3 Briskets weighing in at approximately 4 to 5 pounds each, cooked low and slow for 10 to 12 hours, it seduces with perfectly crisp bark, a divine smoke ring, and impossibly moist center.
Here’s the Beef Combo includes:
3 Beef Briskets (approximately 14 lbs.)

I’m a Memphis girl where we are known for our BBQ, I would easily put this brisket against anyone at Memphis in May. Absolutely outstanding flavor and extremely moist topped with a wonderful smokiness. The briskets are shrink wrapped (although one of mine wasn’t, so I hope it’ll be okay once I do heat it. The original Sauce is delicious, just wish I could order more that one bottle at a time.
